What a visit can include
Your acupuncturist tells you what they plan before they begin, and you can say no to any of it.
Acupuncture
Thin, single-use needles at points chosen after we talk. A first visit runs about 75 minutes, later visits about 50.
About acupunctureCupping
Warm glass or silicone cups on the back and shoulders for a few minutes. Faint round marks are common and fade.
About cuppingEar seeds
Tiny seeds taped to the ear that you press between visits. No needles, and easy to take off.
About ear seeds
How we choose what to offer
Most visits are acupuncture on its own. We add cupping or ear seeds when you want them and your acupuncturist thinks they fit. Your doctor's plan comes first, so we ask about it at every visit.
